We send an anonymous description of the experts with the best fit to our client, who chooses the experts to be engaged. We then help you schedule the initial discussion. After the project, you visit the website to record the details, and we pay you.

Your participation is always optional. If you believe you have a conflict of interest or feel you are not fully qualified to discuss a project, we respect your decision to decline. You are not permitted to discuss confidential information about your own employer.

You should not disclose any information about your own employer, or any information which is in violation of any non-disclosure agreement which you have signed.

Simply tell the client that you cannot discuss that topic. If you are not comfortable with that particular client, simply express your regrets and terminate the consultation. As stated in our Terms & Conditions, in this situation, we will pay you for the expected duration of the consultation that we had mentioned to you, even if you did not complete the consultation.
